This transformation with this renovation, the first step involved removing the existing tile flooring to make was for durable engineered oak flooring. The consideration of the client’s family heirlooms was incorporated sentimental pieces into the layout of the design. The colour inspiration came from the colours in an oyster shell. The existing carpet and tiles were replaced with a wide width engineered oak, chosen for its durability, particularly with family pets in mind, The new kitchen was thoughtfully designed around existing walls, reconfigured for optimal space utilization. Modern finishes and porcelain benches brought the entire house up to date. To add a striking element to the kitchen, tiles were employed on all four walls, reaching up to the ceiling. Pendant lighting was a delightful discovery made during the clients; holiday, infusing a unique touch to the space. The furnishings included a custom-made sofa, rugs, new dining chairs, footstools were selected completing the overall aesthetic of this contemporary home.
